1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Launchware website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Launchware provides software development services including but not limited to:

  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • Custom software solutions
  • Technical consulting
  • Maintenance and support services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account information
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm our systems
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • Projects require a deposit before work begins
  • Payment schedules are agreed upon in advance
  • Late payments may result in project suspension
  • All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the intellectual property rights to custom-developed software and deliverables, excluding:

  • Third-party components and libraries
  • Proprietary frameworks and tools
  • Reusable code components

5.2 Launchware Rights

Launchware retains rights to:

  • Use project work in portfolios and case studies
  • Reuse generic code components
  • Maintain proprietary development tools

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes:

  • Business strategies and plans
  • Technical specifications and designs
  • Client data and information
  • Proprietary methodologies

7. Limitation of Liability

Launchware's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Third-party actions or failures

8. Warranty and Support

8.1 Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes and corrections after project delivery.

8.2 Support Services

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed to date
  • Launchware delivers completed work
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
